Akrapovic Lamborghini Huracan Exhaust Video

The new Akrapovic slip-on titanium exhaust is the perfect addition to an already perfect car by Lamborghini.  The Gallardo successor, the Huracan is nothing but pure power.  Adding the Akrapovic exhaust will further emphasize that sexy Lamborghini V10 sound.  Its precision designed exhaust system features high grade titanium alloy that significantly reduces weight.  In addition to the titanium material, Akrapovic does everyone else one up with the addition of carbon fiber tips.  At low revs and during cruising speeds, the valves are closed which produce a deeper and sharper note.  As the engine revs higher, the valves open giving the Huracan’s tail section nothing more than a full symphany.  Check out the video, pics, and dyno graph below.  Shop all Akrapovic Exhausts Here

This was one of our favorite customer car’s. It’s been a while since we blogged about him and we’re excited to see him back, and still kicking ass! As if his 997 Turbo didn’t stand out enough on the streets of Turkey, last time we checked in with him he painted it, “Papa Smurf” Blue. Modded Out BMW gets AP Exhaust Upgrade

Summer time to us here at Vivid means, more time to work on our new Porsche Panamera Project Car. We love doing full builds on cars that we get, but we also know a small upgrades can go a long way when you’re short on time or cash. M5"s gets a Sexy Growl Thanks to Akrapovic Evolution Exhaust

The M5 is one of our favorite cars to work on. The car stock, is impressive already. BMW’s combination of the turbo engine and the luxury that BMW offers in the interior, the M5 is hard to beat. A lot of people will choose an M5 for their daily, then modify it to be the trophy car they want. Just like any other trophy it has to be the best in order to be crowned champion. That’s why this M5 owner came to us. He didn’t just want his BMW to look like a trophy, he wanted his car to sounds like a champion. That’s when our sales guy Ahmed  (ahmed@vividracing.com) set him up with an Akrapovic Titanium Evolution Exhaust system.

The Akrapovic Evolution Exhaust system offers more than your average exhaust in terms of the compatibility and responsiveness.The new Evolution exhaust system consists of newly developed dual-outlet mufflers with exhaust valves, flow-optimized pipes, and a unique X-shaped, cast titanium part with resonators. The X-pipe, valves, and flange assembly are produced in Akrapovic’s foundry. The Evolution system lowers the back pressure and gives the M5 more power and torque through the whole range of rpms. You will also be able to feel the increase in responsiveness with this exhaust system. The Evolution system offers an even greater difference in weight, in turn, improving the power-to-weight ratio. The other benefit to this system is, there is no need to remove the catalytic converters in order to get the results you want.
