Eventuri has made a huge hit in the USA with their carbon fiber air intake kits for BMW models.  Their most popular kit is for the new BMW F8x M3 M4 cars featuring a full carbon fiber or colored kevlar induction system.  The Eventuri intake filter features a front inlet which the air passes through with its carbon fiber heat shielding.  Eventuri, obviously named after a Venturi, is a creative and proven way to improve air flow and performance to the vehicles engine.  These full OEM intake replacement kits feature everything you need for a direct installation.  Kits are available for the BMW F10 and E60 M5, E46 M3, as well as the Z4M.

A little fun fact for you, the Venturi effect is the reduction in fluid pressure that results when a fluid flows through a constricted section of pipe.  A tubular setup known as a Venturi tube or simply a venturi is the principle of how fluid flows through a length of pipe of varying diameter. To avoid undue drag, a Venturi tube typically has an entry cone of 30 degrees and an exit cone of 5 degrees.

Fresh Fitment BMW F10 M5 with Vorsteiner V-FF 103 Wheels

Our customer Julio got hooked up with a fresh set of Vorsteiner V-FF 103 wheels for his BMW F10 M5.  The 21 inch Flow Forged setup has been finished in Carbon Graphite.  The wheels were wrapped by us with a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires in a 255/30/21 and a 305/25/21.  The M5 has already been lowered on H&R springs which give it a stunning stance and functional ride.  The Flow Forged wheels are a combination process of a forging and casting to create a very strong, lightweight, and affordable wheel.  20 inch Vorsteiner wheels start as low as $2400 a set!  Check out all the Vorsteiner Flow Forged Wheels Here.

Hot Import Nights 2013 Phoenix Photo Coverage

Hot Import Nights (HIN) rolled through Phoenix, Arizona this past weekend and Vivid Racing was there for it all.  HIN shows are filled with the best of the “stance” movement vehicles, import models, and some serious dance music.  Vivid Racing displayed its Project BMW M5 car along with a mini display of Status Racing seats and Agency Power parts.  Several other cars were there repping the Vivid Racing logo as well.  The show definitely proved that Arizona has some serious players in the tuner car scene.  All these photos are courtesy of Cody Gephart.  Check out our other event photos here.

BMW M5 F10 Fitted with HRE S101 Wheels

As a BMW M5 F10 owner, we can verify, confirm, put the stamp on, and triple thumbs up that his is hands down the best BMW M car ever built.  The V8 twin turbo power plant and upgraded transmission drives amazing compared to the raw dog V10 E60 M5.  But instead of just looking like the rest of the crowd, you got to spice up your ride by adding 3 necessary parts as soon as you get your car off the dealer lot.  First, a stock exhaust is always weak.  You bought a sports sedan, lets hear a sports sound.  So we equipped this machine with a Meisterschaft exhaust just like the one installed on our Project F10 M5 seen driving here.  Next is something called the fist theory.  If you can put your fist between the tire and fender, you dont want to bring it home.  Lower is better unless your out in the wilderness.  But this is not called Vivid Romping.  So to keep the amazing electronically controlled suspension, we just added a set of H&R lowering springs to give it that perfect stance and improved handling.  Whats nice about the H&R springs is they feel really comfortable for daily driving and don’t give you that back jarring feeling that other springs do.

Finally, stock wheels, they got to go.  No matter how much of a upgrade they were, they are no good.  One of the premier wheel partners of Vivid Racing is HRE Wheels.  Their extremely high end 3 piece forged wheels have set the #industrystandard in aftermarket wheels.  And hey, they actually make them start to finish themselves!  Their S101 is one of the newer styles with a bit of concavity, machined pockets, and a split design that has become very popular.  The 21×9.5 fronts and 21×11 have been wrapped in a set of Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires.  Featuring a 265/30/21 up front and a meaty 295/25/21 in the rear.  The brushed tinted clear finish with polished lip is a perfect match for the OEM silver body color.

Agency Power Releases New BMW M5 F10 Carbon Intake

The BMW M5 and M6 V8 twin turbo is already a beast of a vehicle.  But what every turbocharged car needs is more air flow in, and more air flow out.  Well Agency Power has worked directly with the new V8 turbo BMW M5 F10 to develop several performance and styling products.  New for the F10 M5 and F12 M6 is this complete carbon fiber cold air intake kit.  The intake kit replaces the factory OEM air intake system completely.  Utilizing high flow aFe cone air filters, the kit has carbon fiber MAF tubes, carbon fiber heat shields, CNC machined filter adapters, and includes carbon fiber grill scoops.

The CNC machined filter adapters are 3D machined like a velocity stack to efficiently flow air as they are connected to the carbon MAF tubes.  The carbon fiber intake ducts sit behind the trademarked BMW kidney grills which help guide air flow into the intake system.  The pre oiled aFe filters feature the concave front end filter to gain the maximum amount of air flow possible.

As tested on a BMW M5 F10, the intake reduces turbo lag and improves throttle response.  Gaining performance throughout the power curve, the intake also gives your turbocharged engine a more audible tone.  All Agency Power products come with a limited lifetime warranty when you fill out the warranty card here.
