Porsche 997 Turbo Customer Video Testimonial

We had recently shared this customers Porsche 997 Turbo with dyno sheet, mods, and a brief dyno run video.  Part of our ongoing marketing campaign is giving real world testimonials from customers driving their cars day to day.  We did a before and after on this car here on our Mustang AWD dyno.  The car already equipped with a Agency Power titanium exhaust and Fabspeed intake put down a respectful 460awhp.  A stock 997 Turbo makes 480 horsepower to the crank.  The Mustang Dyno sees about a 20-25% drivetrain loss.  This puts stock horsepower at 360awhp.  The flash with these mods added a nice 100HP to the customers car.   This Porsche is now a real monster!  Check out the video … Continue reading )

Porsche 997 Turbo Dynoed, Tuned, Stamp of Approval

Having had the chance to play with the Porsche 997 Turbo platform over the years, we are quite familiar with the driveability characteristics between a stock and tuned car.  There are certain mods that do work, and some that don’t.  Each car and customer is different so we always look for ways to best assist someone in their goals.  This Porsche 997 Turbo came to us locally here with some already completed modifications. The 6 speed car had about 44000 on the clock and was in really good condition.  Other mods included upgraded IK22 spark plugs, Agency Power BRVs, Agency Power Titanium Exhaust, Fabspeed Cold Air Intake, and a mild tune.  Since the car was bought used, we did not … Continue reading

Who will Win? 997 Turbo vs. GT-R

This was one of our favorite customer car’s. It’s been a while since we blogged about him and we’re excited to see him back, and still kicking ass! As if his 997 Turbo didn’t stand out enough on the streets of Turkey, last time we checked in with him he painted it, “Papa Smurf” Blue. Although the name leaves something to be desired, the car does not. Click HERE to see exactly what this Blue Devil’s packin’. His recent correspondence was a video of a race between him and a GT-R that is outfitted with Akrapovic Exhaust, Agency Power Downpipe and Cobb Tuning.

Before you watch the video, who do you think is going to win? Cast your vote in the comment section below or on Facebook, Twitter @vividracingcom, or Instagram. Scroll for pictures of “Papa Smurf.”

Porsche 997 Turbo Cab Carboned Out AA Style

We have featured this 2013 Porsche 997 Turbo before on our blog, however it needs an update as it just got some more carbon fiber mods from Agency Power.  Already having the Agency Power GT2 Style rear add-on spoiler, the car was furthered enhanced with the Agency Power strake diffuser.  As an OEM replacement part, the rear diffuser is a simple installation and adds a much more aggressive look to the rear end.  Complimented with an Akrapovic titanium exhaust and carbon exhaust tip surrounds, the black Turbo coupe enhanced the front end with a Agency Power carbon fiber type 2 front lip.  The front lip replaces the factory plastic part and snaps into place snugly on the front bumper.  With a little more rake, the front is now balanced out with the additional rear add-ons.  Check out more Porsche customer photos here and view all our Porsche Turbo Upgrades here.
