Carbon Fiber Embelished FRS with Candy Teal Avant Garde Wheels

Although this color didn’t work out for our Red Ford Focus ST, but this color is fierce and we are pumped someone’s rockin’ it. Even better than the sexy candy teal wheels, is a woman who can mod a car. This she-tuner has a stellar FRS, with a mod list to be envied. She is our sales guy Arsha’s (arsha@vividracing.com, ext. 225), FRS customer. This is definitely one of the coolest products ever and of course the suspension genious group at KW Suspension is behind it. We have been huge advocates of the KW coilovers for street and track applications for some time. But when they are not winning races, they keep daily drivers styled. Their DLC suspension kit works with factory air ride suspension such as the one equipped on our 2011 Porsche Panamera Turbo. Instead of just a lowering module, this DLC kit allows you to control the ride height with an integrated iPhone application. The Porsche 911 is an already impressively engineered machine. But when it come to having a race quality 911, you’re going to need some upgrades to compete in the big leagues. aFe is known most for their intakes, also has superior experience in designing race quality exhausts. Their designs ensure that they have plundered every last pony that 911 is capable of. With that, we are proud to announce the early release of the new aFe Stainless Steel Cat-Back for the Porsche 911.  The H6-3.8L is naturally aspirated, so being able to harness and effectively use that aspiration is what aFe’s new cat-back set out to accomplish.

There are two versions of this exhaust. The Stainless Steel and the Stainless Steel with Carbon Fiber Tips. New Clutch Masters for Genesis Coupe Out Grips the Competition

Vivid Racing has been a huge fan and believer in Clutch Masters Clutch and Fly Wheel products. They have proved to be one of the best performance clutch systems to replace the stock stock setup. The Hyundai Genesis is a newer car to the tuner scene. Their compatibility to aftermarket parts is similar to FRS’s. The car stock is fun and has some spark to it. But, to make it a contender in the industry, they have proven to be very responsive to aftermarket performance products.

Clutch Masters is proud to introduce their new FX-series performance clutch/flywheel kits for the 2009-2012 Hyundai Genesis coupe 3.8L. The new FX-series change over kits, feature a light weight single-mass steel flywheel, along with all the necessary components for an easy bolt on installation.

Clutch Masters High-Leverageâ„¢ pressure plate provides an increase in clamping force while still maintaining a soft pedal feel. The High-Leverageâ„¢ design reduces the amount of load against the crankshaft, minimizing thrust bearing wear, and crank walk. The Clutch Masters High-Leverage pressure plate utilizes a ductile iron casting, which is tested and balanced as a complete unit. They new system saves 15lbs of weight (OEM 55lbs – Clutch Masters 40lbs.).  The heavy duty pressure plate and light weight single mass steel flywheel offer a much quicker throttle response as well as a higher clamping force. The kit also includes Agency Power hydraulic lines, which gives your clutch pedal a much firmer feel allowing for better control in drag racing and shifting. The lines are red with CNC machined anodized ends.

Only Love for this Porsche 911 with Work S1 Wheels

No hiding that we are Porsche fans here at Vivid Racing.  Even though we have been playing with the newer body styles, the old school 911 chassis’ have become very popular with the trendy Rauh Welt style builds.  This customers Porsche 930 keeps it classy with a little homage to the RWB look.  The classic red 911 is running a set of Work Meister S1 wheels.  The 3 piece wheel is done in a 18×9 +30mm and a 18×11 +5mm offset.  The front lip has a 83mm lip while the rear has a 134mm lip.  The gold centers with polished lips definitely fits this Carrera.  Diggin this car?  Check out more Porsche Customer Cars in our Gallery Here.  You can view all our Work Wheel fitments here.

Doing Awesome Things with a Ferrari and BBS Wheels

We do some cool things here at Vivid Racing once in a while.  Whether its a full build, simple ECU tune, hot aero package, flush suspension setup, or wheel/tire package, each customer car has its own unique style and flavor making it Vivid.  This customer went for the win with his brand new Ferrari FF.  The new front engine touring car is already stunning from Ferrari.  We have all seen the snow drift video (click here to view) and know that no matter what, if it has the horse, its gonna be a dope work of engineering.  To step up his style, this white Ferrari FF got a set of the BBS FI wheels.  The 1 piece forged wheels are extremely lightweight.  If you are going to run a set of BBS FI wheels, get out your wallet.  A set of these wheels costs in the neighborhood of $10,000 a set.  The front of these wheels are a 20×8.75 with a +44mm offset and the rear is a 20×10.75 with a +50mm offset.  Wheels are finished in a brilliant titanium finish.  Want to see how much you could spend on BBS FI Wheels?  Go Here!

Audi S7 Land Yacht with Niche 21 inch Wheels

The Audi S7 is a distant cousin from our Porsche Panamera Turbo.  So if you are into big body sport sedans like the Aston Martin Rapide and Panamera, here is this sloped back Audi S7 rockin some fresh wheels from our partners at Niche.  Whats nice about these 21×10.5 wheels at all 4 corners is they are part of Niche’s new cast wheel line.  With a retail of around $500/wheel, the set of 4 doesnt look half bad at all.  The Niche Essen M147 has a +32mm offset and are wrapped in Nitto Invo tires which are 295/25/21 all around.  Check out the pics and let us know your thoughts!  View all of our Niche Wheels Here.

Dark Horse ST Debuts Volk G25"s

When we started our Project Focus ST car, we set out to make something that no one else had. Through a series of body and performance upgrades, we think that we were able to accomplish a look for the Focus ST that was unlike any other. Since we’ve bought the ST we’ve been in contact with a lot of ST customers who are looking to build their own Project ST. This is a customer who we helped get that ultra unique edge on his ST project.

Our sales guy James (james@vividracing.com ext. 246) helped this guy get Volk G25′s re-drilled so they would fit his car. To our knowledge it is the first and only Focus ST to have this setup. Let us know if we’re wrong! But he didn’t stop with the wheels, he decided to give his Focus ST even more aggressive with a Body Styling Kit from Street Scene. You can’t get a sexy custom set of wheels without upgrading your suspension too. He chose the Eibach Sportline lowering Springs to get the job done. Eibach Sportline springs are made specifically for enthusiast that are looking for the maximum street performance with the lowest possible drop, and still have exceptional ride quality. To enhance his performance he went with the new Cobb Accessport V3 system and Cobb motor mount. Then, for a the cherry on top, a Cobb Shift Knob. Even though these upgrades have made a wold of difference for not only the appearance but the performance of his car, he sees a Milltek Exhaust and KW Coilover’s in his near future.
