BBS Presents New Inventory and FI-R Wheel Applications for Exotics
BBS is happy to announce the addition of new applications to their FI-R wheel lineup. The new application will fit the Lamborghini Huracan and Gallardo, as well as the Audi R8. It is also believed that the wheels will fit the McLaren Mc12; however, BBS has no confirmation of that as of yet. New information regarding this application will be released once they have been test fitted on the car.
The FI-R series wheel features minimum mass and maximum stability. They are lightweight, aesthetically appealing and durable. BBS has two sets of FI-R wheels coming in in platinum silver within the next two weeks. They have already received a set in satin black that will be used for content generation. Additional sets will follow in 30-60 days.

New StopTech Big Brake Kits Available for Audi and Volkswagen

More than 50 new VW and Audi model and trim variations have been added to the StopTech catalog. Audi A6 3.0T Prestige with 20-inch Vorsteiner V-FF 103 Wheels
One of our customers, Kyle Gann, recently purchased a set of 20-inch Vorsteiner V-FF 103 wheels for his 2012 Audi A6 3.0T Prestige Edition. The Vorsteiner Flow Forged V-FF 103 wheel is made from aluminum and available in sizes ranging from 19- to 21-inches. Finish options include mercury silver, brushed aluminum, carbon graphite, patina bronze and mystic black. Kyle opted for the mercury silver V-FF103s with a fitment of 20×9″ + 35mm 5×112. Each wheel weights 22 pounds.
Satisfied with both the service of Vivid Racing and the wheels themselves, Kyle posts: “I got the wheels installed this weekend! Fidanza Releases New Short Shifters for 2016
Fidanza has been around for a long time and known as the Flywheel and Cam Gear company. Â Making some of the best lightweight flywheels in aluminum and steel, Fidanza has expanded its product offerings to now include short shifters. Â The 3rd pedal cars are disappearing fast with the performance of dual clutch transmissions, but for those still clutching, a short shifter is a must in your car. Â A short throw effectively decreases the amount of lever travel you have to go between gears by not reducing the height of the lever, but by elongating the lower part to the pivot point. Â The distance traveled of the lever is less as the shifter is is able to move the linkage between gears with less effort up top. Â Typical short shifters are made from treated steel. Â Aluminum parts can be used on short shifter components, but it is not optimum for the pressure the lever is put through as you slam through the gears.
