BBS Presents New Inventory and FI-R Wheel Applications for Exotics

BBS is happy to announce the addition of new applications to their FI-R wheel lineup. The new application will fit the Lamborghini Huracan and Gallardo, as well as the Audi R8. It is also believed that the wheels will fit the McLaren Mc12; however, BBS has no confirmation of that as of yet. New information regarding this application will be released once they have been test fitted on the car.

The FI-R series wheel features minimum mass and maximum stability. They are lightweight, aesthetically appealing and durable. BBS has two sets of FI-R wheels coming in in platinum silver within the next two weeks. They have already received a set in satin black that will be used for content generation. Additional sets will follow in 30-60 days.

HRE FlowForm Wheels Now Available in Great New Colors

A long market leader in wheels, HRE now offers its FlowForm lineup in an assortment of new colors. The FF series features an iconic style and level of quality at an accessible price point. This cast flow formed wheel is made in Japan with the highest level of design and engineering that is currently available. The flow form process itself was designed by HRE, in which a pressure-cast preform is “stretched” to a specific flow formed profile and thickness. This flow forming process improves the grain structure of the aluminum making it stronger, lighter and more precise than a traditional cast wheel resulting in forged aluminum-like strength.

The standard colors for the FF01 and FF15 are liquid silver and tarmac. Optional and custom powder coat options are also available for this wheel. The newest colors offered for the HRE FlowForm wheel is as follows:

   Sea Lion // Beautiful smooth non-metallic warm grey. Very similar to Porsche Fashion Grey.


2. 
   Sarsaparilla // Following in the wonderful palate wetting theme of IPA, this finish is our deep, rich gloss bronze. Always a favorite.


3. 
   Deep Sea // This name could not be more fitting. The depth draws you into this dark blue metallic finish with a fantastic contrast… when the sun hits, it pops like crazy.


4. 
   Midnight // What happens when you lay a Satin clear powder over Deep Sea? Smooth-velvety-blue-goodness, that’s what happens!
