Acura NSX Clean Lines with Seibon and Downforce Carbon

The Acura NSX is one of the timeless sports cars ever.  The high revving, mid engine machine really could be put in the supercar class especially with its $100,000 price tag.  Add some boost to these and they were simply rear wheel drive rockets.  The NSX is harder and harder to find in very clean condition.  However the cult following of the NSX will never die and as the new 2016 Acura NSX comes to fruition, the older model is still highly desired.  This customer of Team Member Ahmed, geared his silver body NSX with some clean Seibon and Downforce parts.  The car features Seibon’s carbon fiber front lip and rear valance that have been painted to match.  To wrap the body in a full aero trim, the car has also been equipped with Downforce “Stacy” side skirts.  The most important part of this upgrade…  the 5 star review the customer gave us!  Check out the pics below.

Customer"s Scion FRS with Seibon Carbon

Here is a nicely upgraded Scion FR-S featuring Seibon Carbon parts.  Seibon Carbon has been a huge partner of Vivid Racing working with us way back in 2009 on our EVO X in the Toyo Tires booth as well as the 2013 SEMA with our SRT Viper and 2012 SEMA with our BMW M5 F10.  The quality and finish of Seibon’s carbon fiber products is top level.  This customer took that advantage over other brands and added their CSL Style Carbon Trunk and TS Style Carbon Hood to his FR-S.  The Trunk is a nice add-on with a built in “duck tail” that gives the RWD coupe some extra style.  The vented front hood is a great way to keep air flow coming out to reduce heat soak and of course those style points again.  The hood and trunk fit with OEM latches and are a direct replacement.

SRT Viper Showing Off Carbon Fiber Accessories - Photoshoot

Our Project SRT Viper has been keeping calm since the 2013 SEMA show where it debuted in the Seibon Carbon booth.  With all it’s carbon fiber accessories, we even scored some new trim parts to add to the collection.  Now equipped with a hood, front lip, canards, diffuser, rear tail light garnish, rear wing, we also have the fender ducts and window ducts all available for the SRT Viper.  The very glossy carbon fiber parts really finish off the super coupe well and are equal to the OEM quality… but available .  Check out this photoshoot we recently did and you can shop all our Dodge SRT Viper parts here.

Godzilla Fully Wrapped in Carbon Fiber

This is our sales guy Sean"s customer (sean@vividracing.com ext. 226). This 2012 Godzilla was originally a stock, white, black edition GT-R. DDW Partners wanted make sure this GT-R looked nothing like other GT-R"s on the road, and the DDW Partner project car was born. Since then they"ve built this thing into a sexy carbon fiber beast. That"s right, the ENTIRE car is wrapped in a 3M carbon fiber vinyl. To go along with that custom wrap, he came to us for the final carbon fiber touches. He went with the dry carbon fiber hood, a SR Style trunk lid and SR Style dry carbon fiber wing, all from Seibon. On board he has a sexy set of custom ADV.1"s coming in. SRT Viper Sneak Peak with Loads of Carbon Fiber

Its that time of year again where everyone is getting ready to spend a week of their life in fabulous Las Vegas, staring at the industries most well equipped vehicles.  Queue music… Its SEMA!  For the rest of us not able to make the trek to car Mecca, we live vicariously through blogs and forums showcasing pictures and videos.  So we are starting ours off ahead of the curve.  Here is a sneak peak of our 2013 SRT Viper with all its new carbon fiber upgrades that will be debuting at the Seibon booth.  Having Seibon as a partner last year with our BMW M5 F10, we wanted to go that extra step for this years event.  Upgrades from Seibon include a carbon fiber hood, carbon fiber front lip, carbon fiber canards, carbon fiber side skirts, carbon fiber diffuser, carbon fiber tail light surround, and carbon fiber wing.  One thing to note with the carbon fiber hood is Seibon’s ability to have a custom weave done that allows this giant hood to be done as 1 piece.  The top and bottom are not seamed at all which from a production aspect is quite an accomplishment.

Along with the Niche wheels, Pirelli tires, Agency Power intake and exhaust this already equipped boss machine just became that much more awesome.  You might be thinking, “yeah thats a lot of carbon”.  But don’t worry we will have a suprise instore for those that go to the show!

Seibon Dry Carbon Fiber Hood Test Fit on Porsche Panamera Turbo

With some basic mods already done on our Porsche Panamera Turbo, we are looking to start doing some exterior upgrades.  Having partnered with Seibon Carbon for our 2012 BMW M5 F10 at SEMA and now our new Project SRT Viper for the 2013 SEMA show, we connected with them again for the Panamera.  They shipped us out one of their Dry Carbon Fiber hoods to check out.  Seibon is well known for their carbon fiber products with most coming as a glossy clear coat carbon top and a black frp bottom.  However their Dry Carbon Fiber Hoods can command the high dollar price.  The underside of these hoods is a work of art.  Complete carbon fiber all around, these hoods save some serious pounds off the car.  We took some test fit snapshots to show how it looks on our Panamera Turbo.  We will be painting the top of it partially to go with our other carbon fiber accents soon to be added.  Let us know your thoughts and stay tuned for more updates!
