Since our beginning in 2001 with the first Subaru WRX, it has been the gateway vehicle to many enthusiasts and tuning shops. Â The STI has always been the holy grail of the Subaru WRX chassis and until 2004, we did not get it here in the states. Â Fast forward 10 years and Subaru has been unstoppable with their sales and teasing us with STI variants. Â The all wheel drive Subaru WRX STI is the ultimate in turbocharged platform with it’s rally inspired wing and aggressive front end that changes every 2-3 years. Â Such as they did with the BugEye S202 and other limited edition variants, Subaru has again shown off the S207 in bright yellow which is a Japan only vehicle. Â And as much as we all want it, the STI BRZ is just some looks but not with the WRX STI turbocharged motor added. Â We will still take the JDM styling!
