Cobb Flex Fuel Upgrades Now Available for the 2008+ Subaru WRX and STI

If you are similar to us here at Vivid Racing then you love horsepower! Gaining those those extra ponies from your vehicle can be achieved through bolt-on parts and proper tuning, but there is an easier way that can really up the power and that is by using a different type of fuel such as Ethanol. Unlike race fuel which is expensive and impractical for daily use, Ethanol is cheap and can be easily obtained throughout the the US in the form of E85. E85 is an abbreviation for an ethanol fuel blend of 85% denatured ethanol fuel and 15% gasoline or other blend of hydrocarbon. The octane rating of E85 is approximately 105-108 Octane points (depending on manufacturer) which is essentially like running race fuel in your car but at over half the cost!

Cobb Tuning has just released their Flex Fuel upgrade kits for the 2008-2014 Subaru WRX and 2008-2016 STI. These kits contain all the essential parts such as the Cobb Ethanol Sensor kit, replacement full lines, wire harness and replacement fuel lines making this a true plug-and-play solution. They also have packages for vehicles already utilizing a stage 2 or stage 3 setups.

aFe Power Suspension adds Race Handling to the 2015-2016 Ford Mustang

aFe Power has a complete suspension package that is available now for your 2015-2016 Ford Mustang (S550). The Stage 2 Package features adjustable coilovers and sway bars that have been designed to give you track level of handling, but with the street-abilitly that you would expect from a daily driver. Afe has also designed their coilovers to be easily adjustable allowing for the fine tuning of the Mustangs stance and ride quality. Made using CNC Machine 6061-t6 Alumunuim and hard anodized their coilovers provide an incredible weight reduction of 29.4lbs! The mono-tube construction utilizes a floating piston to separate the oil and nitrogen gas, allowing for predictable handling, and a consistent feel. Since the coil overs employ double digressive valve technology, the easy touch, rotary knob will adjust both compression and rebound in one device. The light weight tubular 35mm (2-way adjustable) front and 32mm (3-way adjustable) rear sway bars feature precision CNC machined, TIG welded bar ends and include CNC machined 6061-T6 brackets and polyurethane bushings for a perfect fit.

The sway bars and coilovers can be purchased individually, or you can opt for the Stage 2 package which includes the sway bar set and coilovers for added value. aFe also offers a more affordable Stage 1 package (seen here) that features lowering springs instead of their adjustable coilovers.

15+ Subaru WRX Complete Turbo Back Exhaust Upgrades from Agency Power

Agency Power has released an exciting new line of exhaust upgrades that will crank out more power and produce some pretty aggressive exhaust notes from the 2015+ Subaru WRX. The Agency Power exhaust is broke down into three separate exhaust upgrades that consist of a newly designed free flowing Equal Length Header, Catless J-Pipe, Catless Mid Pipe and their beautiful burnt Titanium Quad Tip Muffler. The J-Pipes is also available in a catted option that utilizes a High Flow GESi 300 Cell Catalytic Converter. These parts are made using high quality 304 Stainless Steel and tig welded to perfection.
