We Found the Male-Version of Pinterest for Tuners!

We’ve long been trying to find a male counterpart to Pinterest, but we’ve found something that’s even better! Chariotz was founded by car enthusiasts who were sick of not being able to go to one place and see things like our project cars. But even more than that, they were sick of finding a set of wheels they liked in a picture and not easily being able to find out who made them, what size they were, etc.

So they have created a website for car enthusiasts everywhere! The site works across all platforms (apple, pc, etc.), but is really made to view on an iPad or tablet. Chariotz lets you sign in and post your own projects, while browsing other popular projects. But the best part are the tags that are associated with each picture. Take this picture of our Project Focus ST for example. Lets say someone wanted to know what wheels those were, or what body kit that was, it would be hard to find out unless you’re on our blog. With Chariotz tags we have linked most all our pictures with the corresponding part or blog.

We are pumped to be one of the first shops on this app. Check the app out and tell us what you think in the comment section below, or on our Facbook, Twitter @vividracingcom or Instagram page. Keep in mind the site just launched this week, so there may be some growing pains, and it is really meant to be used on an iPad or tablet. Australian Porsche Cayman S Gets VR Tuned

The Porsche Cayman S is a great car for daily driving and doing weekend track events.  Basic upgrades turn the mid engine 2 door into a really fun machine.  The 3 basic upgrades generally consist of a exhaust system which removes the unecessary 2nd cats, a high flow replacement filter, and of course, the ECU flash.  As we discussed in our previous dyno article here, the Cayman is one that improves throughout the entire power curve.  Driveability, as well as useability, are gained and as the ECU adapts, only gets better.
