MANSORY Redefines Sports Cars with the Mercedes AMG GT S

The Mercedes-Benz AMG GT S is a 4.0-liter biturbo V8 that can go from 0-60mph in just 3.7 seconds. It’s small, nimble, quick and track ready both appearance-wise and under the hood. MANSORY managed to take this beastly roadster and work their magic, redefining what it means to be a sports car. The MANSORY interpretation of the Mercedes AMG GT S with its exclusive and comprehensive refinement programme is enough to raise the blood pressure of true sports vehicle fans the world over.

Above all, the wide bodywork package makes it clear that for MANSORY, visual refinement of the sport car takes centre stage. Alongside design elements such as the hood in red exposed carbon, you will find targeted alterations to the front, side and rear to give a boost to the car’s aerodynamics. For instance, the front spoiler reduces lift, which is decisive for improving the handling and agility of the GT S. Striking extensions on the sides measuring 25 millimeters per side ensure there is plenty of room for wide tires with great traction. The rear spoiler also provides more downforce and, in combination with the rear diffuser, ensures there is extra grip on the road. The MANSORY aerodynamic package will show its strengths even on winding country roads and generates pure driving pleasure.

MANSORY manufactures its bodywork components in the traditional way from carbon. In this procedure, carbon mats are adapted in moulds and hardened under high pressure at high temperatures in an autoclave. The advantages of this high-tech procedure are clear: the reduced vehicle weight brings improvements to acceleration figures, braking distances and the energy consumption of the car.

The advantages to agility and handling leave room for yet higher performance. In even in its basic version, the GT S boasts impressive engine performance, but the MANSORY engine department knows how to unlock a few extra power reserves in the V8 twin turbo engine. The main components of performance optimization are larger turbochargers as well as a sport exhaust system made from stainless steel. When combined with a sports air filter, this is responsible for the powerful, robust sound of the 4.0-litre aggregate. These components are precisely tuned to work in union using a new mapping system for the engine’s electronics. With a peak performance of 730 PS / 537 kW, the MANSORY engine exactly meets the wishes of its clientèle who have sporting ambitions. The uprated Gran Turismo offers exquisite performance figures: The two-seater only requires 3.4 seconds to go from 0 – 100 km/h and with a top speed of 330 km/h, even the basic model of the MANSORY refined GT S is streets ahead.

Another highlight of the refinements is the lightweight metal wheels featuring the name SPYDER . At the front, the recommended wheel-tyre combination is 9.5×21 inches with tires featuring the dimensions 245/35ZR21. At the rear, 10.5×21 large rims with a tire size of 305/25ZR21 are put to use. As an alternative, MANSORY also offers ‘10-spoke central lock rims’. This model of rims is especially lightweight due to the way they are manufactured using forging technology. This reduces the unsprung mass, improving the handling, acceleration and braking response of the sports car yet further in an appreciable way. MANSORY recommends the following combinations: 9×20 inches with 275/30/20 tires on the front axle, and 10.5×21 with 305/25/21 tires on the rear axle. The wheel & tire combination and chassis springs help lower the sports car to leave a lasting impression.

In the interior, MANSORY has created a control centre to unify functionality and comfort. The sports steering wheel designed especially for the Mercedes AMG GT features a carbon inlay and the aluminum pedals guarantee full control over the vehicle. The interior simultaneously exudes pure luxury. Almost all interior furnishing components have been masterfully created by hand from leather and top-quality MANSORY carbon fabric. MANSORY Refines the Mercedes GLE 63 AMG with a Beastly Wide Body

The Mercedes-Benz GLE 63 AMG is not only aggressive from the outside, but is also mean under the hood. This sporty crossover features a 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged M157 V8, one of the finest engines to ever come out of AMG’s assembly plant in Affalterbach, Germany.  MANSORY is known for taking luxury and supercars, and turning them into bigger works of art. Press Release: All over the world, the name MANSORY is synonymous with the refinement of luxury cars. With the new programme for the Mercedes GLE 63 AMG the company in Brand, Bavaria, once again recommends itself as the top address for sporty accessories, powerful increases in performance and an exciting body design.

Sporty elegance characterizes the look of the MANSORY body modifications: The larger air intakes in the new front spoiler in conjunction with the perfectly integrated daytime running lights and a lift reducing front lip in visible carbon give the GLE 63 an even more dynamic look. A weight-optimised bonnet completes the new-designed front. Impressive widening of 30 millimetres to the front and rear wheel arches is decisive in creating the design makeover’s overall powerful impression. The new side skirts, that have been so modelled that the airflow along the side is quieter, give the SUV coupe a lower and more stretched appearance. In order to reduce the lift on the rear axle MANSORY fits an elegant spoiler to the Mercedes’ original tailgate and combine this with a diffusor rear spoiler for additional downforce.

Fitting to the striking appearance MANSORY uses SPIDER rims with the XXL dimensions of 23 inches. The ultra-light, forged rim was specially developed for the increased requirements of formidable SUV’s. The recommended wheel-tyre combination is size 11×23 for front and rear axles, with tyres size 305/35/23. The new light alloy rims come into the spotlight as a result of the lowering module for the pneumatic suspension. If wished, this lowers the centre of gravity on the GLE 63 by up to 30 millimetres and significantly improves the handling during fast cornering.

With a powerful performance increase MANSORY offers the centrepiece of its GLE refinement programme. The scope of the upgrade includes a sports silencer, a sports air filter and a new motor management. As a result the aggregate of the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 has an output of ca. 840 PS /618 kW and the torque is increased to 1150 Nm. In addition, the top speed is 45 km/h higher than standard.

A highlight of the interior is the ergonomically redesigned sports steering wheel. Due to its new form it feels more comfortable in the hand and still offers all the functions that can be found as standard. In MANSORY’s own upholstery department the steering wheel is coated with finest leather with applications of visible carbon – which fits perfectly to the luxurious full leather interior.

Lamborghini Aventador Exotic Sounds and Stance with Video

The Lamborghini Aventador is a very impressive machine.  Who would have thought that the Murcielago could be out done.  But they did.  Equipped with a 6.5L V12 engine and a 7speed dual clutch transmission, the new stylings of the Aventador are amazing.  Though we have had the privelage in the past of working on several other supercars such as the Lamborghini LP640, Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster, Bugatti Veyron, and a heap of other Ferrari and Porsche cars, its not everyday that something the cost of a house you get to play with.  As an established customer having just modified his Ferrari 458 with a set of HRE Wheels, he was ready to make this Aventador simply stunning.

The first modifications we did was the Niche 1 piece forged wheels in 20×9 and 21×13 with Pirelli tires.  The cost of the tires fitted alone could have equipped several tuner cars needs!  The Pirelli were a 255/30/20 up front and a 355/25/21 in the rear.  With the dark tinted and brushed finished, the wheels matched with matte black finish very well while showing off the large yellow carbon ceramic brakes.

Because the Aventador already has some extreme styling, we wanted to give the rear end a stronger more aggressive look to follow the rake of the car.  We mounted a Mansory matte carbon wing to get this done.  The base of the wing replaces the factory part and then features 2 uprights with the top level wing blade.  This still functions with the hydraulic system that raises at a certain speed.  The precision and quality of the Mansory is amazing down to the engraved carbon fiber logo from Mansory.  Having done a previous Range Rover with a full Mansory kit, we expected nothing less.

The final piece to this upgrade kit was the Capristo Racing Exhaust for the Lamborghini.  Capristo has always focused on highly engineered and tested exhaust system for top level sports cars.  Their portfolio of exhausts fit everything from Ferrari, Porsche, Mercedes, Bentley, and of course, Lamborghini.  The Capristo system for the Aventador is no different.  The factory exhaust is extremely heavy and definitely restricts the sound of the V12 engine.  Not only saving weight off the rear end, the exhaust system enables you to exceed the factory 700HP Lamborghini has given it.  Like every other Lamborghini I have personally heard revving up, its make any one in audible range stop what their doing to go see what this F1 race car like sound is!  Check out the photos and the 2 videos we put together on this completed project.
