New StopTech Big Brake Kits Available for Lexus and Toyota

Centric Parts, North America’s leading manufacturer and supplier of OE and aftermarket brake and chassis components, has today announced the availability of a range of front and rear StopTech Big Brake Kits to fit a wide variety of Lexus and Toyota models. Over 20 new model and trim variations have been added to the StopTech catalog. StopTech Big Brake Kits (BBKs) include stiffer calipers, larger rotors, higher friction pads, stainless steel lines and application-specific mounting brackets and hardware. Like all StopTech High Performance BBKs, they offer significantly improved braking performance, feel and modulation over stock systems and are available in a variety of caliper color/rotor finish options.

The front StopTech Big Brake Kits for these Lexus and Toyota models include a pair of drilled or slotted StopTech 1- or 2-piece AeroRotors and four- or six-piston StopTech ST calipers, as well as mounting brackets, stainless steel lines and StopTech Sport brake pads.

The rear StopTech Big Brake Kits for these Lexus and Toyota models include a pair of drilled or slotted StopTech 1-piece AeroRotors and four-piston StopTech ST41 calipers, as well as mounting brackets, stainless steel lines and StopTech Sport brake pads.

Dinan Performance Spring set for BMW F30 340i (RWD)

Dinan’s Performance Spring set for the F30 340i (non xDrive) provides greater control over body roll by virtue of carefully calibrated spring rates. Additionally, Dinan lowers the 340i by a full 1″ in front and 1″ in the rear for improved suspension geometry and an even more aggressive stance. The Dinan springs are CNC wound with high tensile chrome silicon wire and shot peened for stress relief to last the life of the car. The 25% increase in stiffness in front and 34% increase in the rear will reduce the rear suspension compression under acceleration and front suspension compression (or dive) under braking, giving your car a more controlled feel. The Dinan performance springs will also provide a noticeable improvement in grip, for high speed driving situations that will inspire confidence in your car’s capabilities. The reduced body roll makes the steering more responsive to driver input and will be noticed at speeds as low as 20 mph, up to the top speed of the vehicle.

This additional kit includes tuned, progressive rate bump stops that maximize suspension travel on the lowered car for improved handling capabilities and ride quality when compared to just a spring set. By allowing for full compression travel within the spring the possibility of a sudden “bottoming out” is negated, a common unwanted side effect when lowering a vehicle.  Bump stops also have the added benefit of optimizing the spring rate rewarding those that use them with added mechanical grip and cornering power.
