FRS’s, BRZ’s, and GT86′s were basically made for the aftermarket world. With the millions of wheels options there are out there today, some owners are still finding themselves with a similar look as another tuner. For example, you see a lot FRS with the GramLight 57DR wheels. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but even the color variations seem to becoming redundant. We see a lot of the Gun Blue and Matte Black. Again, we aren’t saying it’s a bad thing. People are just having to go even further, out of the aftermarket box, to be unique.

That’s exactly what our sales guy Sean’s (sean@vividracing.com ext. 226) customer did with his GramLight’s. He ordered them with a silver base and powder coated them with a Candy Translucent Teal. Now this FRS is a neck breaking assassin. Whether you like the car or not, your head will whip to get a double take of the candy coated goodness.

First GramLight 57Xtreme SP-Spec for FRS/BRZ in US

These are the first FR/ BRZ/ GT86 fitment to hit the US. This customer worked with our sales guy Sean (sean@vividracing.com ext. 226) to make his GT86,  a thing of history. Although the wait period of these Gram Light 57Xtreme SP-Spec’s  was seven months, the owner says, “They were worth the wait!” We posted pictures of these 19×8.5 and 19×9.5 wheels, last week, on our Facebook and Instagram feed. They got a huge response, due to the fact that most people were wondering if we knew, there were pieces cut out of the wheels? The wheels are rare because of the extra machining, that aids in weight reduction. We think it just makes them look bad ass!
