The Nissan GTR was designed to be the ultimate street car and certainly proved it by setting a Nurburgring lap record back in 2008.  For the past 4 years the GT-R has been one of the most popular tuner vehicles.  Equipped with state of the art on-board telemetry, giant Brembo brakes, and a 3.8L twin turbo engine, the GT-R is basically “Ready to Race”.  However with tracking the car comes alot of abuse and need for an extra set of track wheels and tires.  This is why our local Phoenix customer Wes decided to get these Velocity Motoring wheels for his track days.  Even though the GTR comes stock with 20 inch wheels, Wes decided to go with a same size 19 inch set to get better availability of race rubber.  The Velocity Motoring (VMR) wheels are the V710 7-Split Spoke design featuring a deep concave face.  The wheels are 19×11, 5×114.3, +25mm finished in a matte black.  When it comes to race rubber, now the doors are open for Toyo R888, Nitto NT-05, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup, and more.  Check out more Nissan GTR Power Parts and GTR Wheels here.
